Our aim is to investigate:

What are the possibilities for using the Internet or other communications networks in community arts contexts?

We're exploring this question through research. We have brought together community, arts and the internet through interviews and exemplary projects. We invite visitors to participate and comment on our findings. We also conducted two short residencies to examine what it would take to get this work done.
